专利摘要:
The invention comprises a wear-compensating device for incorporation in a control linkage used for operating a motor vehicle clutch. The control linkage is arranged between the declutching fork and the clutch pedal and the device comprises two coupling parts, each of which is linked respectively to two successive sections of the linkage. According to the invention, the outermost coupling part carries a sleeve divided into jaws so that it can pass elastically from a free configuration of disengagement, at which the jaws are at a distance from the innermost coupling part, to an enforced configuration of engagement, at which the jaws are clamped to the latter. The device compensates for wear of the clutch friction surfaces by changing the effective length of the control linkage.

专利说明:

The invention relates to clutch mechanisms of vehicles, in particular to compensation devices of the traction system of the clutch disengagement mechanism. 5
A compensation device for a linkage system of a clutch engagement mechanism is known, comprising a composite housing of two parts mounted telescopically with the possibility of axial movement relative to one another by means of a threaded connection, and a locking assembly designed to temporarily connect these parts only with the axial direction of the force exerted on the rods [1].
The well-known device is characterized by insufficient reliability and durability of the clutch. 20
The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability and reliability of the clutch.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the locking unit is made in the form of a rod and a collet connected with rods; a conical sleeve with a conical section, on the outer surface, at the end of one of the parts of the body, a conical section is made, the rod being installed in another part of the body, and the collet sleeve mounted concentrically to the rod in the body with the possibility of axial movement and interaction with the conical section at the end of the body. Ring protrusions are made on the rod, and the corresponding depressions on the inner surfaces of the petals of the collet sleeve.
The device is equipped with a spring to return the collet sleeve to its original position mounted on the rod. The inner diameter of the housing is equal to the diameter of the rod and twice the thickness of the petals of the collet sleeve. An emphasis is made on the inner surface of the housing, limiting the axial movement of the collet sleeve.
In FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a clutch release mechanism; in FIG. 2 is a compensation device, section AA in FIG. 1; in FIG. 3 connection node of the housing parts with the sleeve and the rod; in FIG. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 2; in FIG. 5 - a compensation device when engaging the jaws of the sleeve with the rod, in FIG. 6 and 7 - options for connecting traction with the pedal.
952 () 96 contains a support shaft with a drive shaft, 2, an installed Fris disk. air- and hard-press, due to which thrust bearing 10
Still
Clutch
1, the associated 'drive with the possibility of axial movement to connected with the driven shaft, the drive 3, movable when exposed to 5 of the elastic diaphragm 4, resting on the casing connected with the support disk 5. To disengage the clutch, a thrust bearing 6 connected to the fork 7 pivotally connected to the axis 8. By the end opposite to the bearing b, the fork 7 is connected via a rod system 9 to the pedal 10, which rotates about the axis '11. The spring 12 acts on the fork 7, the nickname 6 is constantly pressed against the central part of the diaphragm 4. The stop 13 is connected to the pedal 10 to determine the pedal’s resting position, and the spring 14, coupled to the pedal 10, constantly presses the pedal to the stop. The cable 15, at least partially, is placed in the protective casing 16 so that when the pedal 10 is pressed, a rotary movement is created along the arrow F ^ (Fig. 1), the pedal creates tension on the cable 15, while the plug 7 rotates in the direction of arrow F ^. moving bearing 6 and disengaging the clutch.
When the friction disk 2 is worn, the pressure plate 3 moves to the left in the direction of the arrow F ^. as a result, the thrust bearing 6 moves to the right in the direction of the arrow. F ^, the plug 7 pulls the cable 15 in the direction of the arrow Fj ·.-If no measures are taken, then the fixed stop 13, which determines the position of the pedal 10, counteracts this tension and, therefore, the movement of the under-40 of the bearing 6, which leads to ' to the formation of a gap creating a slip of the friction disk 2. This phenomenon can occur when the cable is stretched 15.
To eliminate these phenomena, it is planned to place a compensation device 17 in the link system 9. The cable 15 is divided into two sections 18 and 19, the first of which is connected to the plug 7, and the second to the control pedal 10. The compensation device comprises a housing ( integral with parts 20 and 21 connected by a threaded connection. A rod 22 and a collet sleeve 23 are connected to the cable sections in the case. The cable section 19 is rotatably connected to the pedal 10 by means of the earring 24. The end face of the sleeve 23 is cut 25 divided at least into two petals 26. These petals can elastically deform and engage with the rod 22, and thus they are rigidly connected with the housing. On the outer surface of the collet sleeve 23 is made section 27 with a conical the surface intended to interact with the conical surface 28 made on the part 21. The outer surface of the petals 26 is made with a cylindrical guide portion 29. The part 21 is attached to the plate 30, for example, by welding, the shoulder 31 is made on the part 20. The diameter of the jaw portion 29 is equal to the inner the diameter of the part 21 when the jaw lips are engaged with the rod by means of protrusions 32 and 33 made on their facing surfaces of each other. A stop element is made in the form of a shoulder 34 on the collet sleeve, and on the rod a stop element 35 is provided. A spring 36 is pre-tensioned between these stop elements. Due to the action of this spring, a gap a is formed between the conical surfaces of the sleeve 23 and the part 21, and the rod 22 experiences tensile forces that keep the cable section 18 in constant tension and, therefore, it automatically eliminates any possible extension of this cable.
When you press the pedal 10, the collet sleeve is moved first. 23, after sampling the clearance a, the portion 27 of the sleeve comes into contact with the surface 28 of the part 21, and the petals 26 engage with the “Rod 22”.
From now on, the rod. 22 moves together with the sleeve 23, turning the fork 7 in the direction of the arrow F ^. In the process of this movement, the sleeve 23 slides along the inner surface of the part 21.
When the pedal 10 is depressed, the last spring 14 returns to its original position, and the spring 36 returns the collet sleeve 23 to its original position. At the same time, the spring 36 maintains the portion 18 of the cable in tension and counteracts the movement of the cable.
As the friction diak 2 wears out and under the load of the spring Д2 coupled to the fork 7, the cable section 18 gradually moves in the direction of the arrow Fj and carries the rod 22 with it despite the action of the spring 36.
In one embodiment of the device’s embodiment (Fig. 6), the collet sleeve 23 is connected to the pedal 10. Using a rod 37 provided with a cross member 38 mounted in the fork 39 of the pedal 10 with the possibility of movement.
In another embodiment, the connection (Fig. 7), according to which the cross member 38 simply rests on the pedal 10, the spring 36 provides an additional function, which is locked in maintaining contact between this cross member and the pedal 10.
